Financial Information

Thank you for choosing Stebbins Dental Studio.  Our primary mission is to provide the best and most comprehensive dental care.  An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal acre as easy and manageable as possible by offering the following financial options.

Payment Options:

• Cash or check:  Patients making payment by cash or check on day of service will receive a 5% discount.
• Credit Cards:  All major credit cards are accepted
• Care Credit:  Care credit is an option for patients wanting to spread payment over three or more months.  Literature is available from the front desk with more information on this option.

Please Note:

Our practice requires payment at time of service, and a deposit for most appointments.  We ask that you give us 2 business days' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.  Your deposit will be forfeited without sufficient notice. 

We are an unrestricted provider with dental insurance.  This means that we will submit your claim for you as a courtesy, and the insurance will reimburse you directly.
